The days are fast approaching, time is swiftly flying by, my toenails have grown longer, my hair has irritatingly bloomed, and my heart’s over-stressing my aorta by pumping blood cells of over-excitement… Why? Because by after next week, I’ll be home soon for a short visit. Let’s just say that happiness is easy to achieve, but you’ll truly be happy if you got someone to share your blessings with. Living away from home for work is definitely a new experience for me so I could truly be independent. But after almost 2 months of being away from the people you love, you’ll feel a little bit exhausted and uninspired for some reason I don’t know. Besides, I need to go home because San Carlos is missing me so badly… Never pa ako nakakita ng sadyang pagbabago sa San Carlos since I was gone, para bang ang mga tao ay nawalan na ng inspirasyon dahil sa aking pagkawala (*Joke!* Kapal ko naman, ahihi) Pero seriously, need ko rin talaga umuwi so I could have my haircut done. Actually, I’m not used to hosting long hair so you could imagine na, kahit 2 months pa lang, the length of my hair will be too much for me to handle. It gets itchy, and my head’s starting to feel heavy. And one more annoying thing is the fact that the longer the hair, the more shampoo it requires, pwera na lang kung sabon panlaba or feminine wash gamit niyo, you’ll sure to disagree. But for the general public, long hair could mean more expenses on shampoo. Not to mention, it dries longer too, preventing me to wear my cap right away.
So in conclusion, one of the major factors of me going home for a quick visit is a haircut. Minor factors na yang family reunion, place reminiscence at kung anu-ano pang emotional stuff. But speaking of emotional, I’m going to see my love again during that visit. Kaya excited na ako! Ahihi… I will be home soon…
Travel | Comment (0)One Hello - Toni Gonzaga
As I was on my way to work this morning, something struck my ear… a familiar voice, coming from an old stereo in a "carenderia" in Tabunok, Talisay City, Cebu(specific noh?). After a few milliseconds of analyzing the data my eardrums sent to my nerves making them brain impulses of analyzation, I realized it was Toni Gonzaga… It’s her latest single! Yes, the carrier single of her third album, "Love Is", which is "One Hello" is now aired in radio stations nationwide. Upon hearing the song, I actually stopped in front of the carenderia to listen, ignoring the owner asking me "unsay imu dong?"
I dared not pay attention to her as I was on focus more on listening to Toni. By the end of the song, ayun! Tumakbo ako straight to work, opened up the browser searched for the music video of the song. And nakita ko siya! Wahahahaha! But due to the fact that I can’t embed the video here, I’ll just post the link to Star Records Multiply site here.
About the Video
Maganda siya, as usual showing Toni all the time like her other music videos. I love the hues of colors used for the video, so calm and elegant.
Screenshots
I took these screenshots myself for everyone, so if you plan on taking them and use them please credit me or link back to this blog. Coz I will do the same thing if ever I take Toni images on the web, I always credit my source, wag kayung magnakaw! Enjoy the pics!

About the Song
Kakaiba itong third album niya. Usually her carrier singles are all original tracks but "One Hello" is a revival, given a new sound, a new style by Toni. It’s another love song, and another inspiring one, with that slow type flow she usually likes.
Lyrics?
Hehe, ito na lyrics oh, after about half a day of annoying my workmates by playing the song over and over and over again, I managed to memorize the lyrics, as it was easy, and I loved listening to the song. Here it is:
One Hello - Toni Gonzaga
If you’re not afraid of what love brings
Then endings are beginnings of beautiful things
It’s a chance you’ll take
A chance you’ll win
If someone’s gonna find you,
First you gotta let them inCoz love begins with one hello
The hardest part is over,
Now it’s easy letting go
One hello is how it starts
You might win it all
Or lose your heartIf you’re not afraid of what you feel
Then try and keep it simple
Or try and keep it real
And if being real means you’ll someday say goodbye
Remember my friend, goodbye’s not the end
It’s a circle you know and it starts with one helloWhoo~ Love begins with one hello
The hardest part is over,
Now it’s easy letting go
One hello is how it starts
Remember my friend, goodbye’s not the end
It’s a circle you know
And it starts, starts with one hello…It starts with one hello… hmmm…
The Plan
I’m planning to buy this album along with her other two("You Complete Me - Repackaged" and "Falling in Love" kasi yung "You Complete Me" meron na ako) cguro by the end of May or sa June na, and if it’s already available here… I’m also planning to buy all people that I know her CD to increase her sales(over sa support kaya ako) but I realized I got no budget T_T
Let’s all support the Number 1 Multi-talented artist in the Philippines Guyz! Mabuhay ka Ms. Toni G.
Music | Comment (0)The Basics of Cash Flow
Well, this one’s just forwarded to my mail inbox. It’s an article which I think is really useful, and helpful, especially to people with jobs and how they mindlessly handle their cash. I decided to post it here to give this article more exposure as to benefit anyone or everyone in the same state as targeted by the article… the email message ha the subject: CASH FLOW ( funny but true)
Here’s the article, sana makatulong sa inyo ito mga guyz:
There are those who e-mailed me asking about the basics of cash flow. I’m really sorry that I assumed everybody already understands it. Anyway, by demand … here it goes…
May isang bata… joke lang.
The basic is. What pattern do you see if you will get a P100.00 bill and monitor where and how it is transferred from 1 possessor to the other? How does it flow? The pattern for a typical Pinoy is.
You earn from your work, you spend it on food, gadgets, clothing and other basic needs. Before you reach the next payday, paubos na yung pera mo. But that’s ok payday is just a few days ahead and it doesn’t matter if I run out of money, I am expecting money again any time soon.
This cycle goes on and on and you make some sidelines or create other ways to earn but it seems that money was never enough. (I am tempted to explain further pero usapan… basics lang).
So you can’t leave the job that you have because a week without work would affect the cash flow you have to support your family and needs. As much as you wanted to accept another job, the gap would make you pay less for a couple of days, which makes you a slave to your boss.
At least, you have a job to support your needs.
So to illustrate.. .Cash is flowing inside your pocket.
Years have gone by doing your monotonous routine.
Question… what if you get fired? Or you were forced to retire because there are new and younger people ready to take your place. What would you do?
As an OFW, Makati Executive, Top Salesman, Engineer, Attorney, Teacher, etc… What if it all ends? The sweet cash that enters your pocket every 15 th and 30th suddenly comes to a halt.
There are two things you can buy with your money… An asset and a liability. To describe each… An asset brings money inside your pocket; a liability takes money out of your pocket. Another way to see, it is that an asset if you buy one, will bring the money you spent for it back to you 2 or 3 folds. A liability, when you buy it will not give your money back at all.
Guys, esep-esep… what you bought… will it bring money back to you? I know what you have in mind… you have to enjoy what you worked hard for. That’s right, but think of something that will last… think of your future.
I have seen the worst of people who were abogado de kampanilya, executive secretaries of top rank business men, people who worked for big companies, earned a fortune and got a big retirement pay by the millions… Now…. Wala na.
Why? Because of their cash flow… went in… went out.
I need not to mention basketball players, actors, singers, etc… Check what is their career path… next after acting, singing and playing… POLITICS.
Going back… all the liability they bought, ibinenta ng mura! I’m wearing a gold chain now, which I got from a seaman… he bought it for P35,000 and sold it for 8,000 to me. Hindi po asset ang alahas! Bakit? (wala bang aaray?) Cell phones… dvd players etc. pati bahay at kotse… that’s the cash flow of most OFWs…
The question is … " WHAT IF THE INCOME STOPS?"
You have to establish something today that will take care of your future.
You must create a source of income that will continually make money flow inside your pocket. Start a business! While you are working as an executive or an OFW, or a professional. .. START A BUSINESS and MASTER that business till you get out of that company.
Now don’t tell me to invest my money on pensions and plans… NO WAY ! Narinig n’yo na siguro yung …. Naku ayaw ko na magbanggit.. .. ‘yung mga nagbayad at hindi nakapag-claim. .. sila pa ang dinimanda at nag-piyansa! !! HUWAG MO I-ASA ANG PAGTANDA MO SA IBA! GUMAWA KA NG SARILI MONG BALON NG PERA! KAHIT MALIIT PA ‘YAN, SARILI MO AT HINDI KA AASA SA IBANG TAO…
Imagine yourself when you reach an older age… (aruy ko,,, baka yung iba sa inyo about that age… tabi tabi po…Ako po sa mga nagtatanong. .. I’m 37 years old. You have money that the company gave you as your retirement pay… what will you do?
You can consume the money till your old… eh kung hindi umabot?
Or maybe, you can start a business and use the money for capital… Kapatid… 9 out of 10 businesses, FAILED… yung isang magsa-succeed, gagayahin pa ng kapitbahay mo instead na mag-franchise sa ‘yo… think! At age 50, you are struggling trying to make a business work! What if it fails?!
Eh ano nga ba ang sagot?
The answer is, stop buying liabilities and instead buy assets now. I don’t care if it is a banana-Q store, balot, ice candy or a sari-sari store, etc… start now! Because, your experience here will teach you what to do in the future. It’s so hard to struggle in business when you are 60 yrs old.
You have to create a source of income separated from the source of income from your work. That when the time comes that you have to stop working, you will have your own source of money! Create assets, start a business that will be there to support you and your family. I AM NOT TELLING YOU TO QUIT YOUR JOB! I’m telling you to start a business while you’re working and stop spending your money on liabilities and start putting them on assets!
The business has to be prioritized! Mawalan ka man ng trabaho, may negosyo kang palalaguin.
If before, nabubuhay ka naman ng iisa sapatos mo, huwag mo baguhin ‘yun… dati, nagdyi-jeep ka lang… ‘wag ka na munang mag-FX…
Create assets and lessen liabilities. Invest and learn now… mag-negosyo!
Eh anong negosyo? Any, as long as you think it is work and doable! I am still looking for partners for my HOME MASSAGE SERVICE! SPA MAGIC! And my business CAR MAGIC is still franchising. .. (joke lang … baka sabihin nyo nag pro-promote lang ako eh…But I AM PROUD TO SAY THAT ALL MY BUSINESSES ARE ORIGINAL AND ALL ARE GRAND ASSETS!
I started all my businesses with a very small capital. If I used that money to buy a gadget, new shoes or any liability… baka wala lahat ng negosyo ko at wala na akong makain ngayon.
Again, I hope that this BASIC CASH FLOW article helps…. I wish all of us become financially free!

General | Comment (1)The Art of Charcoal Arrangement
"If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen"
That’s what
they say. But I say, "You won’t need to get out of the kitchen if
there’s no heat at all!". And what do we need to heat things up? Ano pa
kundi fire! But first we need to have some apparatus to create fire…
conveniently, you would rely on Gas Stoves, Electric Stoves and all
those other stoves which other lazy people use… but for people who
are industrious enough, very hardworking to the bones na talagang
dibdiban na sa lutuan, striving hard to cook the old-fashion way (or
simply less-fortunate enough to buy those stoves lazy or rich people
are using), that good old charcoal-powered stove is the best friend!
I won’t elaborate on that stuff any further as long as you notice
that I, myself is one of the "hardworking"(or less-fortunate enough)
people who treat that good old charcoal-powered stove as best friend.
Anyway, I wrote this para dun sa mga friends ko na best friend din
ang kalan. I just wanna share how to properly put charcoals in your
stoves for better cooking. Ito ay isang guide, which may help you in
your married life in the future or right now. Read niyo na lang,
kakapagod na gumawa ng introduction eh…
Knowing Your Best Friend
It is very important that you know your stove very well! Check niyo
muna kung new siya, or last decade pa nabili. You should know it’s
durability to know how much charcoal it would stand especially when
it’s made of clay. Too much weight on it may cause breaking and death
of your best friend (and a reason to buy a new one, in short, very
costly). So I would suggest you buy those stove which is made of metal,
like what my family is using right now. I have a very strong feeling
that they are just LPG tanks crafted by people who needed much money
and found empty LPG tanks recyclable sources of income. But anyhow,
highly-recommended ko na gamitin niyo to kasi it’s durable,
easy-to-clean at feeling niyo tumaas slightly ang social status niyo ^^
Cleaning
Before we put charcoals in your stove, make sure that is clean from
ashes left from last time’s cooking. Ashes may cause the slow creation
of fire and may block heat… thus slow down cooking. So, ok.. linisin
niyo naman kalan niyo. Of course need niyo materials for cleaning.
Right now, I’m using only three trusty buddies: Broom, Laddle and Dust Pan. Ask no more because these will be all you need.
The Broom - We’ll use this to sweep away the ashes and let them fall
into those holes of your stove, separating them from the charcoals and
giving more space. I would not actually suggest you buy a new broom
since it’s much easier to clean with a used short end. Using a new
broom is a calvary because it would be hard to remove ashes when the
ends of your broom are not strong enough to sweep them away. So, I say
use old brooms… it’s economical and practical.
The Laddle - Now what would a laddle be of use in cleaning a
charcoal-powered stove? Simple, we’ll use this to take out the ashes
that are already separated by the broom. So go ahead and shove them all
in there… take them out for air to have enough space to occupy.
Enough oxygen will start a stronger fire.
The Dust Pan - Of course you need this! You wouldn’t want to take
out the ashes with your bare hands do you? Especially when they still
have hot, undead, flaming, molten coals mixed with the ashes. Simply
catch those shoved-out particles with this for easier and hassle-free
disposal.
Well, this is of course IF you are using clay stoves. But if you are
using those steel ones I mentioned earlier, it would be a whole lot
easier (a great news for lazy less fortunate people!). All I do is wait
for the stove to cool down, then I simply turn it upside down so all
those ashes and left-overs fall out to trash. All you need is your hands.
Ulkabana
Ulkabana - "the art of charcoal arrangement"
Originated from the Negros Islands, mainly in San Carlos City. The
term was crafted by one highly-intellectual being capable of making
drafts about common life making them hardly significant for everyone.
And who could be more enticing in playing with thoughts than me? So
yes, I made this term up. It’s from 2 words, Uling which is the
vernacular name of the famous charcoal (some may spell this as Oling
but I hardly find that correct since you may pronounce the word
differently with that spelling so I’ll stick with the "U" as the first
letter) and Kalan or our best friend, charcoal-powered stove. While Bana is
completely irrelevant and straight out of my wild and playful(sometimes
deadly) imagination. Ulkabana means enhancing the order of the
charcoals to have harmony and balance in diversity with the ways of
cooking, what you are cooking and the distance in between you and what
you are cooking.
The Way of The Ulkabana
Now that you know what these foolishness means, it’s time for
application and testing. First and foremost, the most important thing
to remember is that you have charcoal in your kitchen. It would
pointless reading this if you’re not going to follow the tips. Unless
you just like my write-ups and decided to read this then that’s ok. I
can’t blame you if you think my works should win a Nobel Prize.
Going back to the point, have your charcoal ready. Now that the
stove is cleansed of the diabolic ashes that hinders heat, let’s put
the buddies that creates it. First check the size of each charcoal
piece. It can’t be too big to fit the stove and if it is, break it down
to smaller bits. Some smashing against the floor will help. Don’t pound
them too much though, I only said break the charcoals into smaller
bits, I didn’t say powder them out of existence. Unahin niyo bigger
pieces at the bottom of the stove. Then by middle, lagay niyo rin
mid-size charcoals. And at the top are the small ones. Why? Because
smaller charcoals fire up faster and spread fire easier.
See diagram: View this photo
The Advantage
With the way we put the charcoals into order, it will be much easier to start a fire since the small charcoal bits on top can easily spread fire with each other. This saves you time when an unwanted unexpected guests come and you got to cook something for hospitality reasons. The mid-sized charcoal bits catches fire from the smaller ones and will produce greater fire, taking heat to an even hotter level, making sure that the temperature is "hot" enough to cook something. While the bigger charcoal bits at the bottom makes sure that heat will last even for long hours of cooking. Those bigger bits put out longer so you can cook continously just by adding smaller bits on top of them every now and then to keep up with the time needed to cook your meal. Useful if you are planning to cook beans and stew meat.
The Conclusion
I don’t even want to write a conclusion but since this crap blog post needs to be ended since it’s already taking much space in my blog, I’ll do so anyway. And heretofore, I conclude this post. That’s all, I hope you enjoyed reading and make sure to apply all those tips for the benefit of yourself.
You’re My Right Kind of Wrong
Here is the lyrics of the song "You’re My Right Kind of Wrong" by Toni Gonzaga. I decided to post it here because there is nothing you can do about it!!!
You’re My Right Kind of Wrong
I didn’t see, I didn’t feel
It was coming, it was real
We just talked, it’s okay
Later on it’s not the same
And I don’t know now what’s right or wrong
When I hear a tune it becomes a song
And it may sounf weird but it’s just true
I think there’s something here for you ~
When we drove late at night and I look in your eyes
Even from the carpark, I felt the spark
Though we try to deny these feelings inside
Each time we would lock eyes
I couldn’t help but smile
You’re my right kind of wrong
And so this is your song
(I dedicate this to you honey, yeah ~)
The phone rings, then you sing
It was aweful but it’s sweet
The clock strikes 1:43
You would tell me you love me
And those little things you thought won’t count
And sometimes you think I still have doubts
When we want to be together now
You say soon we will make it somehow ~
When we drove late at night and I look in your eyes
Even from the carpark, I felt the spark
Though we try to deny these feelings inside
Each time we would lock eyes
I couldn’t help but smile
You’re my right kind of wrong
And so this is your song
(Your song ~)
Maybe I’ll wake up and this fantasy’s over
But please don’t take away all my dreams
All I know now is when the madness is over
I wouldn’t smile the same anymore
When we drove late at night and I look in your eyes
Even from the carpark, I felt the spark
Though we try to deny these feelings inside
Each time we would lock eyes
I couldn’t help but smile
You’re my right kind of wrong
And so this is your song
(And so this is your song …)

Guyz, could this be it? Did my heart finally gave in and fell in love?
Current Affairs | Comment (0)FAQs
La ri da ri da… I managed to compile a lot of FAQs(Frequently Asked Questions) people ask me and now I have them up here countered by my FUA(Favoritely Used Answers)….
Q: Are you normal?
A: The answer to that question depends on how you define the word "normal". For me, normal is taking everything your friends say and convert them into punchlines out of nowhere so you could laugh all your brains out and think of more punchlines to laugh your brains out some more. After that, a few minutes later, you remember and laugh at the punchlines that knocked your brains out so you could laugh your brains out again. Normally.
Q: Is it going to rain today?
A: Do I look like GOD? Or an employee in a weather station, or perhaps my looks possess psychic features?
Q: You’re here already?
A: No, I’m still on my way here, I’m just an illusion, ignore me please…
Q: Why do you always talk about non-sense?
A: Cause you always listen to me or you always read my blog, that’s why!
Q: Why do you like Toni Gonzaga?
A: Cause you don’t. Someone has to like her, ok? It would be unfair if some celebrities have fans and others don’t. So I’m keeping the balance.
Q: Why are you very lazy?
A: No, I’m not! I’m not "very lazy", I’m just "lazy". Most of the time at home, I do household work like washing the dishes, cooking(rarely), storekeeping, watching t.v., escaping, and cleaning all the dirt, washing clothes, etc.
Q: Can I borrow some money?
A: Can you not?
Q: Can you do someting for me?
A: No.
Q: For a price?
A: Yes.
General | Comment (0)Unwanted Manifestation
This is a story about the moments that changed my life forever. I myself couldn’t imagine this will happen to me or anyone in real life since I bore in mind that this only happens in movies.
The Beginning
It was just an ordinary day like the usual. Everything was going my way as always when I noticed a small mosquito bite-like infection in my stomach. Unsuspecting, I thought ignoring it like other mosquito bites won’t do any harm. But I was wrong…
The Itch
A few days have passed and it slowly spread around my stomach. Not knowing what it was, I consulted my family and we thought it was caused by ringworms or something. But as the days continue to fly by, it spread like sickness faster than a flower turns into a fruit. We were a bit worried so we decided to take medications of a super-medicine that cures viral infections overnight. But I already took five doses for five days when the infection crawled upwards toward my chest. That’s when I found out, I had some of it in my back as well. I wasn’t able to go out for weeks… I was ashamed of myself. Then, just when I thought things can’t get any worse, my family noticed it was now in neck. And I found some more in my thighs… Then one night I couldn’t sleep due to the itch! I wanted this to stop!
The Salvation
As I was gazing through the balcony of our house, our neighbor saw me and knew it wasn’t an ordinary infection. She suspects it is something else, something beyond nature. (She’s been dealing with this for many times). So she suggested we should see a witchdoctor to find out what smells fishy. At first we hesitated, we can’t seem to agree, but we realized, maybe ancient beliefs will work where modern science failed. So we gave it a shot!
The Cure
The moment we arrived at the house of the famous witchdoctor, (she was washing her clothes), she knew right away what happened to me. She used these wicthdoctory materials or whatever she called it and she said it was caused by unseen spirits that I accidentally disturbed when I took a bath. (Hey, I didn’t knew they were in the bathroom when I took a bath!). She said we should come back two more times to impower the curse they casted upon me. (Well, that was creepy). But when we returned home, we saw the sudden changes in the surface of the infections, they immediately turned brown from their redness. And after three sessions of witchdoctor curation, all active itch… vanished! She said that the scars will slowly fade away from my skin with each bath I take since it is not a skin disease and it only took place above the surface of my skin. (She was super effective!)
The Scars
The following paragraph contains scenes not suitable for very young audiences, parental guidance is recommended…
The Moral Lesson
Well, if there is one thing I realized from this, it is that science cannot solve everything. Especially those problems which are human relationship-related ones.

For the past three days since Dec. 6, I became a nocturnal creature and became mostly busy at night than during the day. Well, I wouldn’t be so if it was not a fiesta celebration at H.C. Rigor… yes, at my street (oh! I’m owning the street! hahahaha!), we celebrate two fiestas for two patron saints. Remember last Nov. 26, 27 & 28, we had our fiesta for ‘Our Lady of Miraculous Medal’ and just this Dec. 6, 7 & 8, it’s about ‘Our Lady of Immaculate Conception’.
For the record, I was out of my house for the first two days just gazing on people playing games n a gaming place near our house. It’s actually in the third and final night I watched their show. The reason? It was "Miss H.C. Rigor ‘06"… not that it interests me but it was due to the fact that my childhood friend, Gayle dela Fuente, joined as one of the contestants… and the reason for her entry? To pay her 8.75 pesos debt to me, and I think it was a good idea… she looked dazzling, a bit taller and looked like a foreigner. And it was more surprising for her to win first runner-up as it was her first time to join in this pageant thingy against amateur contestants. She bagged home 800 pesos cash which was way more high value than her credit ^_^
The celebration - we burned the disco floor all night till it’s morning and when we woke up later in the morning… swimming at the sea in the middle of a rain! It was fun when we realized we got cuts from blistering barnacles in the surface of rocks and when we are out of the water, we noticed we didn’t actually got many cuts… we got A Lot of them! But the point of this post… is because I want to say I’m hungry…
